1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
½ apple, cored
1 cup red cabbage
1 cup fresh baby spinach or kale
2 tbs. lemon juice
½ cup almond milk (or tofu)
1-2 tbs. honey to sweeten, as desired (opt)

Blend until smooth.
