Creamy Dill Dip

Blend well in food processor or blender:

2 Tb. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg firm Tofu
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp. dry mustard or Dijon
1/2 tsp honey (opt)
1/4 c. fresh dill weed

Pour into a covered container and chill several hours before serving.Ā  Use as a dip for fresh vegetables, as a salad dressing or sandwich spread.
