Ginger Peachy Smoothie

This smoothie requires a very high speed blender to liquefy all of the fruit and vegetables.

Start your day with a delicious beverage that is high in fiber, anti-oxidants and bold taste, yet low in calories!


1 medium carrot  (washed and chopped)
1 large peach, pitted, frozen and chopped
½ mango, pitted, peeled and chopped
1 tsp. fresh chopped ginger (or 1/8 tsp. ground ginger)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs. ground flax seed (opt)
1 tbsp honey
4 ice cubes
½ c. unsweetened almond milk  (may add more for desired consistency)

To increase protein content, add a scoop of protein powder, before blending.
