Lean and Green Smoothie

This smoothie requires a very high speed blender to liquefy all of the fruit and vegetables.

The Lean and Green Smoothie provides fiber, anti-oxidants and a fresh minty flavor to wake you up and start your day.

1 large Granny Smith apple
½ cup cucumber
1 cup kale
1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
½ pitted lime
½ peeled kiwi
3 mint leaves
(add ¼-1/2 soy, coconut or almond milk, if additional liquid is needed)

Blend and serve.
