Romaine and Pear Salad

4-5 cups torn romaine lettuce or spinach leaves
or combination of both
2 ripe pears, cored and cut into bite-sized cubes
1/3 c. chopped vidalia onion or green onion
1/3 c. sliced red or yellow pepper
1/3 c. pitted red grapes, halved
1/4 c. dried cranberries
2 T lime juice
1/4 c. toasted walnuts


Combine all ingredients (except nuts) in serving bowl. Sprinkle walnuts over salad.
Serve with raspberry vinaigrette or Cranberry Lime Salad Dressing (see recipe)
