Whole Grain Cinnamon Crisps

cinnamon tort.chip Looking for a high fiber, tasty chip? These flavorful whole grain chips have protein, 5 g of fiber, and are low in sodium, and fat.

1 Whole grain tortilla  (Look for  5 grams of fiber per serving)
Olive oil or cooking spray
Cinnamon

Place a tortilla on a cutting board and spray it lightly with olive oil or cooking spray.  Spray your baking sheet with cooking spray.   Sprinkle with cinnamon.   Cut tortilla into triangle shapes and transfer to baking sheet.  Bake in 350 degree oven for 5-7 mins. or until crisp.  Watch to prevent burning.

Serving size, one  6-8” tortilla.     Serve alone as a snack or with berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries), chopped apples or sliced pears for breakfast.
