Celiac Disease and Diabetes

Welcome to CeliacRn.com!

I have created this website to assist those with Celiac Disease and Type 2 Diabetes toward the goal of attaining and maintaining optimum health.  The recipes provide healthful nutrition for all members of your household. You will find valuable information on the causes of these diseases, symptoms, health tips, great recipes and money saving ideas for all those concerned with these  and other health issues (heart disease, hypertension, hypercholesterol, depression).

Most receipes are both Diabetes and Celiac safe.  Explore all of the tabs above.  To find recipes, scroll down and click on the “breakfast,” “lunch,” ”dinner,” or “dessert” tabs on the right. OR  type in an ingredient (Quinoa or Tofu, for example) in the search box, for recipes with that ingredient.
Please share some of your favorite, healthful recipes.

Feel free to contact me at CeliacRNmail@gmail.com or leave a comment in the comment box.                                                                                                                                                      Register for upcoming classes on diabetes, heart disease, weight management, and management of high blood pressure and cholesterol held in various Connecticut locations.
